Register in Skyward

2. Log into Skyward Family Access with your existing username and password
3. On the left side click on Returning Student Registration
4. Please fill out student/family/medical/residency information and submit application
5. Pay fees through Fee management in Skyward

Proof of Residency
ALL RESIDENCY DOCUMENTS MUST BE UPLOADED IN SKYWARD IN ORDER FOR REGISTRATION TO BE APPROVED. Proof of residency can also be provided in person at your child's school or District office. Download the residency form here. Documents required include:

1. Original birth certificate for the child/children you are registering
2. Driver’s license to reflect current address
3. If you own your home:  Current Mortgage Statement/Copy of Deed
4. If you rent: a current lease with proof of payment of last month’s rent
5. Two current utility bills

Other Requirements

Student in Good Standing Form from prior school if student is transferring in (Grades 1^st-8^th)

Medical Requirements

1. Physical/Immunization Form (by July 1^st of SY) - all new students transferring in, and students entering pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, and sixth grade.
2. Vision Exam Form (by October 15^th of SY) - kindergarten or students entering an Illinois school for the first time.
3. Dental Exam Form (by May 15^th of SY) - all students entering kindergarten, second, and sixth grade.
