NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX INCREASE FOR

Palos CCSD 118

I.   A public hearing to approve a proposed property tax levy increase for Palos CCSD 118 Cook County, Illinois for 2025 will be held on December 09, 2025 at 8800 W 119th St, Palos Park, IL, IL 60464 at 6:00pm.

II. The corporate and special purpose property taxes extended or abated for 2024 were $ 32,187,259

The proposed corporate and special purposed property taxes to be levied for 2025 are $ 34,453,000 . This represents a 7.04% increase over the previous year
