Disagreement With Eligibility Conference

If a parent(s) disagrees with any part of the eligibility conference recommendation and/or the IEP, a parent can request mediation or a due process hearing. For further information, please refer to the mediation / due process letter in the enrollment / registration packet, your parental rights booklet, or by contacting the Director of Student Services at (708) 761-5806.
