	Chris Bingen, Principal 708-448-5971 cbingen@palos118.org This is Mr. Bingen’s second year as principal of Palos South Middle School. He was an assistant principal in Schaumburg prior to Palos 118. Mr. Bingen’s teaching career was spent facilitating learning for students in sixth through eighth grade. He taught mathematics, social studies, and technology in three school districts. He has a BA degree from Benedictine University and holds two Masters degrees from Northern Illinois University – Instructional Technology and Educational Administration. He lives in nearby Lemont with his wife who is also a teacher and three children. He believes it is an honor to work with a community that is so committed to maintaining high educational standards for their children.	Amy Christie, Assistant Principal 708-448-5971 achristie@palos118.org This year will be Ms. Christie's first year as the assistant principal of Palos South Middle School. She was an assistant principal in Port Jefferson, New York and has recently relocated to the Chicago area. Ms. Christie has been in the education field for over 14 years.  She has been instructing students in the elementary schools in suburban New York City in 2nd, 4th and 5th grades.  She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Cortland and holds two Masters degrees from Long Island University and The College of New Rochelle- Literacy and Educational Leadership. She lives in Chicago's West Loop area and is thrilled to become a part of our exceptional community.
