PFA Structure, Committees and Programs

Officers are elected annually, and may serve two years in any given position. Committee chairmen report directly to the corresponding Vice President.  Each committee has building representatives (reps) who work within the buildings and with the committee.  The rep reports directly to the committee chairman.  No previous experience is necessary to serve as a rep or chairman, although it may be helpful for chairmen.  Two meetings are held monthly, the Board meeting and Group Study.  All committee chairmen are expected to attend the Board meeting, give status reports, and serve as voting members of the Board.  Anyone is welcome to attend any Board meeting or Group Study.  Group Study meetings may include any interested parties,  and committees affected by the agenda.
