"THE CARDINAL CHASE"
PALOS 118 5K/1 MILER
Palos District 118 PFA will be hosting its 1st Annual Family 5k/1 mile walk or run on Sunday, October 6, 2013. We are encouraging all families to participate in this event, and help promote fitness and a healthy lifestyle to our children.
The Family "Fun Run" will be held on the morning of October 6th, 2013 at Palos South. We are looking to bring our community of families together, in what hopes to reinforce to children the importance of taking the time for physical activity. As parents lead by example, we are showing them how valuable it is to take care of our bodies throughout our lives. We encourage your participation in this exciting event...regardless of experience!

Welcome to the District 118 Parent Faculty Association (PFA)
The objectives of the Parent Faculty Association (PFA) of Palos School District 118 is to promote the well-being of children in home, school, and community; to support laws for the care and protection of children and youth; and to establish cooperation between home and school, such that parents and teachers may work together in the education of the child. Furthermore, the PFA develops united relationships between faculty and parents to obtain the highest advantages for every child physically, mentally, and socially.
The PFA provides supplementary financial support for the benefit of the students of Palos School District 118. In accordance with the group’s mission statement, the PFA seeks to support the District’s educational objectives by promoting a strong home/school partnership, providing financial support and encouraging community involvement in Palos School District 118.
