| Hi!! My name is Karen Pernai. I have been teaching in
Palos District 118 since 1988. This year I am teaching
kindergarten. In the past, I have taught first grade as
well. Throughout the school year, my students and I will explore many new concepts and ideas. We will be taking the journey through kindergarten and we will be exploring various places in the community, learning about the life cycle of a butterfly, and planting and observing our very own kinder"garden" together.
