To the District 118 Learning
Community:
Very early in each school year
at our annual Open House/Curriculum Night events, parents receive
tri-fold curriculum brochures specific to their child's grade level.
These brochures provide a summary of the topics and concepts
addressed at each grade level. We have now digitized these
brochures to make them available on our website as well.
In addition, we have begun the
process of making our curriculum maps available online by posting
the math maps. These documents show the alignment of our
curriculum with the Illinois Learning Standards. We have
included links to online resources from textbook publishers and a
variety of educational websites for homework support and extended
at-home learning.
