Goal V
To Commit to Continuous Improvement
This goal
underscores the importance of the Mission. Palos 118 is committed to
excellence which is achieved through life long learning and a commitment
to continuous improvement. Goal V is comprised of each schools annual
school improvement plan. These plans reflect areas in the first four
goals and an emphasis on pupil achievement. School improvement plans
also indicate areas of continued growth for professional staff. School
improvement plans are presented to the Board of Education each fall and
represent the action targets specific to that school.
