To Manage and Plan for Financial Integrity

This goal represents the belief that the success of the Mission is contingent upon sound financial management and transparent fiscal integrity. 

Action Target:  To implement a process to inform the community of fiscal matters using common sense language and communication.

• Timeline:

  (2008-09) Reporting to the Board annually in May of 2009.

• Scope:

  To provide financial information in layman’s terminology to provide better community understanding of school fiscal matters.

Action Target:  To develop and implement a district landscaping maintenance program.

• Timeline:

  (2008-11) Reporting to the Board annually in May of 2009 and 2010.

• Scope:

  Systemic care of district landscaping is important to maintaining costs and beautification of facilities.

Action Target:  To develop a three year maintenance program for roofs and blacktop areas.

• Timeline:

  (2008-11) Reporting to the Board annually in May of 2009, 2010, 2011.

• Scope:

  Some district roof areas will reach life expectancy in the next three years.  Blacktop areas need repair and replacement.
