Text Box: We had such a busy week last week! The children got to participate in Safetyrama. Make sure to ask them about bus and playground safety as well as self defense. This week we will be finishing off the letter “s” and starting “r”. We will do activities with the books “The Little Old Lady Who Wasn’t Afraid of Anything” and “Rosie’s Walk”. All of our Chrysalises have hatched and we have beautiful butterflies. We hope to release them while it is nice outside. We will be testing their math and self help skills this week. Things to work on at home Tying shoes Zippering jackets Correct pencil grips Writing numbers 1-5 correctly

Homework Reminder

This is the time to start modeling good work habits for your 5 and 6 year old. Show them that you think their work is important by creating a place and a time for their work every day. They should not be rushing through their homework grid in one day.
