In our story,
“Little Grunt and the Big Egg,” two fascinating experiences occur: an
unexpected dinosaur hatches from an egg and a volcano erupts. With that said, we are going to
research on the internet about volcanoes and dinosaurs.
You will search

about volcanoes and dinosaurs. You will click on the links given and answer the
questions underneath on a separate sheet of paper. After exploring the websites
and answering questions, you will write a paragraph about your findings.

What you will do as you complete the webquest.)
1. You will work with a partner to complete
the questions on this webquest. One person will answer the volcano questions
and the other will complete the dinosaur questions.
2. After you pick your section, you will
click on the websites under that section and answer questions in complete
sentences. You will have a separate sheet
of paper to write your answers down.
Example:
If your section
is volcanoes, then you would answer the first question under section 1. If your
section is dinosaurs,
you will answer the questions starting with section 4.
The first
question you should answer is “What is a volcano?”
You will write:

You will do the
same for every question in your section.
After you are
finished answering your questions, you will write a letter to your partner
sharing at least 5 facts about your section.
