Welcome to the world of foreign language.
This year, sixth grade students will be learning 
the alphabet, colors, numbers, the days of the week, 
the months of the year, and additional vocabulary.
Cultural units will involve Mexican Independence 
Day and The Day of the Dead.

 
 
 
Seventh Grade will become involved in more
complex units concentrating on vocabulary 
and grammar. We will also be studying the 
Day of the Dead and later in the year,
Cinco de Mayo.

 
 
Eighth grade is busy preparing for high school
foreign language classes. We will be busy 
this year reading articles, engaging in
dialogues, and learning more vocabulary!
At the end of the year, we plan on doing
a short unit involving the Aztec, Incan, 
and Mayan civilizations.
