Finally, A Site That Doesn’t Sell Weapons

Some of the most popular weapons from the medieval period were bow and arrows, axes, maces, swords/daggers, and lances. Medieval weaponry is very spectacular. The weapons from the Dark Ages are very creative. A good site to check it out is http://swords-n-armor.homepage.com/ beacause it has good examples. They were used in combat and some were used for farming. Some of the ideas came from farming tools. Swords and daggers had the most decorative design. Some of the weapons are a cross bow and arrow, a lance, a long bow and arrow, a clubbing mace, a dagger, a battle ax, a sword, a scabbard, a halberd, a bludgeon, a war hammer or hawk’s beak, cannons, and a mace. For more info. go to http://www.knights.org/indiana/weapons.html . It gives you battle tips and the weapons definition. Knights used horses a lot and when they're on their horses the weapon they usaully used was lances and for battle on foot, knights usually had swords. Medieval weapons were very important to the people who used them.
