A dragon
was
a legendary creature that was similar to a crocodile. The body of
a dragon was in most cases very large. On the body of a dragon were
wings, huge claws, and his fire
breathing
mouth. A dragon was used in many mythical stories about death and
evil, which a dragon represents very well. The dragon was used in
many cultures as symbols like, the Hebrews, the Christians, the Japanese,
the Chinese, the British, and the Ancient Romans. Many historians
thought that dragons had some kind of magical powers to make the flames
come out of their mouths. The dragons most of the times in stories
lived in caves and were usually protecting something in the cave.
Many dragons did not have names. They used their wings to fly, their
breath of fire for protection and to eat, and also their claws for protection
and to walk.
